DeepTicker is a quantitative analysis tool that displays signals derived from an algorithmic model applied to public stock market data. The information shown is for guidance and educational purposes.

DeepTicker does NOT constitute financial advice, a personalised investment recommendation, portfolio management, or financial intermediation as defined by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).
The owner of DeepTicker is NOT registered as:
- An Independent Financial Advisory Firm (EAFI)
- An Investment Services Firm (ESI)
- A tied agent of any financial institution
- A management company of collective investment schemes
The signals shown are general and not personalised: the system does not analyse or take into account the user’s individual risk profile, financial situation, personal objectives or time horizon before generating signals.
4. Investment risks
Trading in financial markets entails a risk of loss of the invested capital. The user must be aware that:
- Past results do not guarantee future returns.
- Historical simulations (backtests) are approximations that may diverge significantly from actual performance due to costs, taxation, slippage, execution errors and unmodelled factors.
- The backtest shown contains survivorship bias: it was performed on the current components of the S&P 500 with complete data from 2015, excluding companies that went bankrupt or left the index. This may inflate the returns shown by between 2 and 4 percentage points of CAGR.
- The results shown do not include taxes. In Spain, capital gains are taxed at between 19% and 23%.

The owner of DeepTicker shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the service.
- Errors or omissions in the information shown, including outdated prices, delays in updating signals or calculation errors.
- Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure.
- Investment decisions made by the user based wholly or partly on the information shown.
7. Intellectual property
All contents of the website (texts, graphics, logos, algorithms, source code and design) are the property of the owner and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the consumer user, or of the owner where the user is a legal entity or not a consumer, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
