Use of the DeepTicker service (hereinafter, "the Service") implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not use the Service.
DeepTicker is a quantitative analysis tool accessible via the web that displays algorithmic signals on listed financial instruments (mainly S&P 500 stocks and UCITS ETFs).
The Service does NOT include:
To access the full features of the Service, the user must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorised use.
To register, the user must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The Service is offered under a recurring monthly subscription model. The current price is available on the pricing page. The charge is made at the start of each period using the payment method configured by the user.
The user may cancel the subscription at any time from their settings panel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are made.
DeepTicker reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle.
DeepTicker may offer free trial periods. During the trial period, the user has full access to the Service at no charge. If the user does not cancel before the end of the trial period, the subscription will be activated automatically with a charge to the configured payment method.

The user assumes all risks arising from operating in financial markets, including the possible total loss of the invested capital.
DeepTicker reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent use or any other justified cause.
DeepTicker may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified to the user with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of them.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals with jurisdiction under the legislation applicable to the consumer.
